Clarifiers / Floculants

When wastes like sun tan lotion, perspiration and cosmetics build up in your pool it affects the effectiveness of sanitiser causing the water to look dull and cloudy. If left untreated they provide food to encourage the growth of algae. The best way to prevent this happening is by the occasional use of specially developed chemicals called water clarifiers. For a weekly treatment Fi-Clor Rapid Liquid Clarifier 1ltr, Aqua Sachet Pool Fusion Oxidiser - 350g or Fi-Clor Clarifying Tablets 1kg should be used to maintain crystal clear water. If your pool is particularly cloudy you may want to consider a flocculent which will bind all the particles together. Fi-Clor Liquid Floc 3ltr or Fi-Clor Granular Floc 3kg can be used for this type of treatment.
