Walu introduce new COOL roll-up system for their safety covers

Walu pool safety covers will have a new and improved method of cover winding this year. The Walu COOL system takes over from the manual crank solution which some of you have found difficult at times. This new invention has a reverse function and it is claimed that cover removal takes less than 3 minutes along with being able to be operated from the left or right side.

A solar bubble pool cover is made from a translucent material to maximise energy gain from sunlight i.e. the Sol+ Guard 500 Micron Solar Cover. A heat retention or heat absorbing bubble covers like the Gold 500 Micron Solar Cover are generally made from dark opaque coloured material, designed to minimise energy loss and absorb the suns heat. Heat reflective bubble covers are designed for very hot climates to reflect the suns heat away from the pool surface, and are generally made from light opaque coloured material designed to reflect the suns heat.
